No. LAN POS is built specifically so that all daily operations (billing, receipts, inventory, customer lookup) run completely on your local router or Wi-Fi network without requiring any active internet connection.
What hardware is compatible with LAN POS?
You can run the Main Server on any Windows PC, Mac, or Linux computer. Client terminals can be additional PCs, laptops, or handheld Android tablets/phones. We support standard USB/Bluetooth/LAN thermal receipt printers (ESC/POS) and USB/Bluetooth barcode scanners.
What happens if a client device disconnects from Wi-Fi?
